Welcome to the GBD/BJC Dance Studio booking form, your tool for booking studio space up to 24 hours before you need it! Please carefully follow the instructions below to book your space.
Step 1: Fill out the form below to request a booking time. Studio booking times are only available on weekdays from 5:00PM - 10:00PM, or on weekends from 9:00AM - 10:00PM.
Step 2: Ballet Jörgen Canada will send you an email confirming your registration, pending availability, or contact you regarding alternative available times.
Step 3: You can pay for your confirmed booking online by debit or credit, or you can pay cash for booking at the studio after receiving your confirmation email. Please note, payment for all bookings must be received no later than 24 hrs prior to your scheduled time. Failure to comply will void your booking.

For George Brown Dance related bookings please contact the program Administrator to determine if the project is related to the class. Upon authorization, the Ballet Jörgen Canada Administrator will book the studio and accept payment if the rental is not class-related.
All studios must be booked and paid for 24 hours in advance. For weekend rentals all requests and payments must be made by Friday prior to noon.
All bookings and studio allocations are subject to change.
No food or beverages are allowed into the studio. Please ensure all items brought into the studio are removed at the end of the rental.
